More about Breathe

And is it for you?

Time to allow yourself space to just Breathe

“At Breathe, healing happens in the stillness nature, the rhythm of footsteps, and the kindness of being truly heard.”

I have always felt an innate longing to see people reach their full potential, knowing they are valued, important, and worthy of love. I am deeply passionate about coming alongside others to support their personal journey toward greater well-being and self-belief.

At the heart of my approach is a strong belief in the power of person-centred counselling—a therapeutic method that honours the individual's unique perspective, inner wisdom, and capacity for growth. By creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space, person-centred counselling allows people to feel truly heard and understood, which in itself can be deeply healing. I pair this with the natural healing I wholeheartedly believe is found in the outdoors. There is something profoundly restorative about spending time in nature—the healing power it holds is truly astounding. What better way to merge therapeutic counselling with the natural world? By combining fresh air, movement (such as Bilateral Stimulation), and open dialogue, a powerful space is created for reflection and personal growth. Born and raised in the Lake District, I’ve always felt a deep connection to nature. The landscapes that shaped my childhood also became a place of healing for me, reinforcing my belief in the restorative power of the outdoors. I’ve witnessed, time and again, how nature can support mental well-being. Integrating movement with therapy offers an accessible and grounding approach for individuals to process their thoughts and emotions. It's a truly natural way of helping, healing, and overcoming.
